Exchange for a different size
For rings and bracelets that are available in multiple sizes, it is possible to exchange your jewellery for a different size.
It is important that the new item has the same item code as the original item.
Would you like to receive a different size? Simply register the jewellery via our returns portal and select “exchange”.
