Returning an order

*Do I have a right to return my product?
We have a 30 days no questions asked return policy. If you wish to return your order, you may return the product in original state and packing, with the exception of digital gift cards. Returns that are incomplete or without packaging will unfortunately not be accepted. It is therefore important for you to check your return before sending.


Wish to return or exchange your items?

Follow these easy steps below using our digital return portal.

1. Register your return or exchange

To start the process, register the item(s) you wish to return or exchange on our digital return portal by entering your order number and email address.

Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the most relevant reason. If you’re returning, select your preferred return method and pay for the return label.

Do you want to exchange your jewellery? Then select your chosen jewellery and size. Please note that exchanges are only possible for rings and bracelets available in multiple sizes.

2. (Re)pack your items

Repack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in their original packaging. Please make sure the items are unworn, with their product tag still attached, and in their original packaging. Have you already removed their tag?

Unfortunately, it means your item doesn’t meet our terms and conditions and is therefore not eligible for being returned or exchanged. Make sure you read our terms and conditions before unpacking your jewellery!

3. Drop off items

Return your order at your chosen drop-off point.

4. Reimbursement or exchange

Once the item you wish to return or exchange reaches our warehouse, it’ll take approximately 14 days to be processed. You will be informed by email as soon as your request has been successfully processed. Make sure you keep hold of your return or exchange confirmation until your request has been successfully processed and you have received your reimbursement or exchange.

For returns, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount via your original payment method.

What are the terms and conditions for returning items?

You can return any items you have ordered from the TI SENTO webstore within 30 days. We have a 30 days no questions asked return policy,  with the exception of (digital) gift cards.

If the item is damaged, you may find answers to your questions in the Warranty section of this website.

Return shipments are at the buyer’s risk, which means that TI SENTO is not liable for any damaged or lost items. We therefore recommend that, when you deliver your return shipment, you always request a Track & Trace code and keep this in any case until you have received confirmation from us that we have received your return shipment.

Terms and Conditions
Any orders you place on the TI SENTO webstore are subject to a 30-day trial period from the time the order is delivered. With the exception of (digital) gift cards. If you would like to return the item to TI SENTO within this trial period, you must return it in the original packaging, including the TI SENTO label. In order to ensure that the return shipping process is completed smoothly, correctly and efficiently, we would like to ask you to enclose the details of the order, so that we have access to all the details we require.

Status of returned order

It may take between 5-10 days to process your return shipment. If you have not yet received a confirmation from us that we have received your parcel 10 days after you returned the item, please contact our Customer Service department.
