For rings and bracelets available in multiple sizes, we offer a free 30-day exchange service. If your size is not quite right, you can easily exchange your jewellery for a different size.

Would you like to receive a different size? Simply register your jewellery via our returns portal and select exchange. Please note that the new item must have the same item code as the original piece.

Measure your ring size at home

Not sure which ring size you need? Add a free ring sizer to your order and measure your size easily at home. That way, you can choose the perfect fit with even more confidence.

 

30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

Choose with confidence

Alongside our exchange service for rings and bracelets, we offer a 30-day return period on all jewellery. You can find more information in our FAQ.
