Hi! I purchased a beautiful necklace online from you and received it (deliver to wrong address though). Although I'm very satisfied with the necklace (and have purchased matching earrings), I must admit that I'm not very satisfied with the packaging. My necklace arrived in three cartons. I believe this is unnecessary packaging and not very environmentally friendly. I hope you take this into consideration for future packaging.
